Don’t Miss the 1st Annual I Heart Honda Festival in the USA on Saturday, May 17, 2014!
Spoon Sports has been hosting I Heart Honda festivals in Japan for many years. It’s held annually at the Tsukuba Circuit and attracts the most reputable Honda tuning shops in the land. Brands like Spoon, Mugen, Toda Power, J’s Racing, and Amuse all bring their best-tuned Hondas.
Spoon Sports USA felt it was time to bring that enthusiasm to the states with the first I Heart Honda festival in Southern California. This inaugural event is being presented by Spoon Sports and GoTuning Unlimited and will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California. The I Heart Honda festival will include a track day, car show, vendor booths, and a raffle.
The track day portion of the festival will include professional instruction and timing on the interior road course configuration in collaboration with Evasive Motorsports and VTEC Club. The infield configuration allows for good spectator viewing of the cars on the track from multiple grandstand locations. In addition, the festival will feature on-track exhibition runs of the famous Spoon prepped racecars including the Spoon E-AT, FD2, CR-Z, and NSX racecars from Japan, and other renowned cars that have been invited to attend. Prizes will be given to the drivers with the top lap times under the VTEC Club rules.
A Honda themed car show will be held alongside the track day. The car show will showcase only Honda and Acura cars from any year. Categories will cover the most popular models and generations with prizes and awards given out to the winners of the following categories:

General admission is only $15 and includes parking, entry into the event, entry for the raffle prizes, spectator viewing of the track day, and free giveaways. Car show registration is $45 and includes a regular admission ticket, VIP parking in the car show area, and entry into the judged car show competition. Track day registration is $150 and includes a full track day, high performance driving school, classroom instruction for beginners, on track professional instruction as needed, and timing transponder usage.
