Default Auburn area mechanics

hey everyone, recently moved to Auburn and now have a flashing check engine light. Would love some help out by giving some insight to a great mechanic in the area. Also, what are your thoughts on the local honda dealership?

Thanks, appreciate your time

If you can drive an hour, go to McConnell Honda and ask for Will.

Cool, I'm getting ready to move to Auburn as soon as I can find a place. I know some good roads pretty close to there if you wanna go driving sometime.

About 10 years ago, the dealership down in Auburn replaced the broken seatbelt buckle on my 275k mile '89 POS CRX completely for free.

That's because Honda has a lifetime seatbelt warranty

I assumed as much. It sticks in my mind, though, since it was one of the few pleasant experiences I've had at a dealership. :/

On a more serious note, OP have you checked the OBD code? I had the same thing happen to me right after I got my S. It turned out to be an ignition coil. Easy fix - even if you're not into doing your own work.

Probably too late, but I used to take mine to the Nissan place near 85- Can't remember the guys name but he's certified to work on the GTR. Always did a good job for me.
