Now that I have the multi-byte character conversion done and the search engine fixed for non-english text I'm back on the sponsorship center project.
The first update I have to do is to sort out the billing and subscription management, allowing you to update your payment source (paypal or credit card), change your sponsorship level and pause/resume/cancel your sponsorship. This upgrade includes much better email notifications: about to renew, declined payments, other payment problems, invoice delivery and so on.
It's a fairly complex bit of kit so it will take another 2-3 weeks to get it online and running but it will make the whole sponsorship process simpler, more convenient and more informative to you the sponsor and more efficient and more accurate and timely for us. Win-win. I'm looking forward to it and it has my (almost) complete attention. I'll post an announcement when it is about to be released.
After that I'll get some stats and analytics going for you. I am collecting stats right now so when stats come online you will get all the stats from the time the sponsorship center went online to present.
