I have had my turbo s2k tuned by Tony @UMS twice. He has been good and the car handled very well. I just had my car re-tuned three weeks ago by UMS instead of LoCash. Joe@ LoCash is a cool guy and a great tuner, but he puts priority on other things than tuning(engine building and other things).What that means is that he can tell you a date and then back away from it because he gets slammed with work.

Go with Tony @ UMS . That's coming from someone that has had personal experience with both tuners referenced above. ( It's also less money than LoCash)

I had my s2k tuned by Joe at Locash and it runs great, but like geekyjerry said, he puts priority on other things before tuning. My friend with an RSX was recently trying to get tuned by Joe but Joe said no new tunes until November.
