So, I've been thinking that we've been needing a random/chat thread for a while so here it is. Feel free to post what ever you want. Vids, pics, random thoughts or rants/raves. I feel the same way, have worked for my company for 5+ years, but am being forced to apply for my job at a lower rate of pay just to keep a job. AND, they are interviewing outside applicants.... I don't know what to do :'( Take a $3/hour pay cut and HUMILIATE MYSELF???

I know it sucks having to take a pay cut, but its still better to have a job while looking for another job than sitting at home looking for another job. Employers typically like hiring people that have jobs as opposed to ones that have been unemployed for a while.
