I got it done. I was told to go to a certain place and I walked in and said everthing exactly as below. I handed here my id and registration at the same time. I want to register my car in sedona. The young female said address? I read it to her. She said how many years I said two. She said $42 dollars printed it out. Nothing more. You could tell she gave zero shuts.

A heads up The emissions place in Chandler by the airport seems to be far more laid back when it comes to import cars and modifications. The place is mostly a bunch of laid back kids that drive import cars. I have heard a lot of rumors there which I wont mention publicly. I do know the 95- cars have to be run on the rollers and the 96+ Cars they ask you to get out and sit in the passenger seat and they than stick a sniffer on your car and run a diagnostic. The guy than turns your car off and waits a minute and turns it back on that was about it. My friend stated that his SRS and tire pressure lights where on and they said nothing about it.

One more question. My cars registered in sedona at a friend's Home. My big question is if a police officer runs my plate which is a lot being I go for drives at night will he see. "Oh Hey Sedona" or just show up as my home address with my miata and smart car? My #ID Address is here in the valley also if that helps. Thanks to everyone that responded to this prior also.
