Ordered Rick's full length floor mats earlier this week. Website says it takes a month. Also ordered a second peg for the right side of the driver floormat. Once that comes in, I will see what all is involved in installing it in a 00-01. Seems pretty straightforward. Who has an oem mat I can borrow for a little bit to take measurements and use as a template for the peg install?
Ordered new ac control knobs. My lower one cracked in 2 places last summer. The cracks have started to expand the last few weeks. The cracks are large enough now that light shines through at night.

It is all in the minor details. Put the new ac control knobs on in the parking lot of Honda. Took all of 45 seconds to do both. Looks so much nicer. They are matte with texture over the greasy looking slick finish that developed over 16+ years of use. I will probably mess with the cracked knob later to see how close it was to breaking. It had around 5 different cracks, all connecting in different directions.

Ordered them from the dealership. I got them for just under $10 each. Each dealership will have a slightly different price.

New windshield is in. Went with aftermarket this time, let's see how it holds up. Oem lasted all of 10 months.

The question is how it holds up to the micro-pitting. Every aftermarket I have had showed in 6 months. Every OEM glass I have ever had was more resistant to that; surviving big chips is a "luck of the draw" situation.

How well does the windshield film hold up? That might be a worthwhile alternative to replacing the windshield every year or so.
