Mixed conditions are the norm and one can expect all rain or rain on one portion of the track while the other sectors are dry. Spa is a bucket list track for me after years of running at Watkins Glen and gaining an appreciation for an old school track whose layout follows the natural topography of the land. Hopefully I get to drive it some day. Looking forward to the race as well and hoping the McLarens finish well.
No idea what caused the failure, mostly old age, I think. The car has done hundreds of laps of Spa over the years.

The new owner will let us all know in time, I think.

I think that ranked among the best races of the season. Props to Lewis for keeping his nose clean and pacing himself to a great finish. Mercedes deserves the applause. Red Bull and DR had a great finish as well.

I think young Max needs some coaching. It almost seemed like he was in a mood for a tit-for-tat after the La Source incident. I'd like to think that with a litte bit of maturity he could very well have capitalized on the front row position he had even after the La Source incident which I like to think was Vettel's doing.

I was really impressed by Esteban Ocon. I think Manor has a good roster of drivers and are punching above their weight. Too bad Wehrlein had to take out JB. Stellar drive by Alonso though to see his way through the carnage to a decent points position.

The Force India's were very impressive as well. Thought the podium interviews with Mark Webber were funny. I did LOL when DR had him sip champagne out of the flute of champions

A week to Monza. Will the Ferrari come alive on home turf where there always seems to be magic backing them

Great result from Lewis. I think if went to mediums sooner he could have gotten to 2nd, or potentially pushed Nico.

Good damage limitation.
