Very nice copy. More like a "tribute" CR. Probably equally capable and definitely more usable since the roof goes up when it rains. .
"Ricer" S2000's start with black aftermarket wheels and slide down a very slippery slope thereafter.

Says a guy that lives in rainy Ohio. Out here on the west coast a CR is equally usable since it hardly ever rains. We don't need soft tops.

Car looks nice, good choice going OEM. I thought one of the definitions of "rice" was, putting emblems and badges from another car/model on your car and trying to pass it off as something that it is not. So are you trying to avoid rice, with rice?
Other than that I'm a fan of your attention to detail. Refinishing of the OEM wheels is a great idea, and it's something that I would love to do one day to clean my CR wheels up. (Edit: I read that wrong, you just painted a set of caps but bought a full set of CR wheels new?) Have you every thought about maybe increasing the size of your tires on the OEM wheels? It looks like you have a 215/245 right now, and you can quite easily fit a 225/255 on the same wheels without problem.
What's the plan with the Works? 9 +38 is a considerable amount more aggressive than the OEM wheel set up. Do you already have your fenders rolled? Are you willing to take the risk on them not coming out perfect so that you can run the Works?

I have been contemplating debadgeing the cr emblems for sometime now...
As far as the car. leaving it alone and enjoying it in its "oem" form. Later on i will do new tires with 225/255, however no point now since my tires are almost new.
I had plans of oding the works but not anymore at this point i am at the point where i am just enjoying the car. My previous car i lowered, had multiple wheels, blah blah. damaaged my fenders. just not worth it in my opinion... enjoy your car how you want.
previous s2000. started with oem and should have kept it that way.
every car i just to own. step one lower step two wheels. life changes.

And the rims are not refinished - they are new cr rims from honda, along with the center caps. I had an extra set of ap2v3 caps from my other s2000 that i had painted kaiser silver - cr color
