Default ALBERTS2K Build: Fabulous, Top Secret, Kent Works, Voltex

I thought I'd make a build page as it's long overdue. I have great plans for my 2001 AP1, as upcoming parts are coming in and I'd like to take the opportunity to document it. I had my car for 5 years, and was purchased on Dec' 2011 during my start of college (go SFSU Gators lol) as I needed a car, since my previous car a 1992 Toyota MR2 Turbo was totaled by a tow truck hitting me from behind. After the whole swapping of license & registration jazz was complete, same tow truck towed me home lol. So The 3 years of college, the S2k was used as my daily driver. I'm the 2nd owner, 1st owner took great care of the car w/ 120K mi.

Now that I have been out of college for some time and have extra personal expenditure, I can focus on how I always wanted to build my S2000. My goals are to complete the build by end of 2016, so when I move back to the Bay Area I can get in more seat time, and have more of a track equipped car than before. Here are two throwback photos stock form w/ one of my first mods being the Buddy Club +N spec coilovers.

College budget= crappy photos

My upcoming posts with regards to parts for the car will be from this point on (5/15/2016), as I have sold a few things on the For Sale forum that used to be on the car which included:
Volk CE28 Formula Silver +54 F, +40 R
J's Racing Intake: both Type S and normal bumper
J's Racing Exhaust 70RS
And a few other misc items. I won't post pictures of these parts on the car as I don't own them anymore. I hope you will find my build interesting as I will be obtaining quality, and or rare parts to fulfill my objectives and vision with the S2000 as my canvas.

I love that bumper a lot, a local has it and it's really neat in person. Looks so much better with the fog light covers too.

Stuff that's been sitting in my house. Waiting till my other parts I've ordered arrive to put things on.

Volk CE28N 17x10 +44 Diamond Black

Thought about 17x10 +45, but I prefer flat face CE28's as opposed to the concave +44 version. Personally the flat face looks more right for the S2k if not going wide fenders, plus I will be running BBK soon. These are diamond black, as they really don't look like it in certain angles. They actually look like my previous wheels in color Formula Silver, as I can bet Rays uses same diamond black paint underneath Formula Silver.

Diamond Black Flat Caps

J's Racing Rear Pillowball Control Arms

SPOON Zero Bump Steer

SOS F/R Slotted rotors, F/R OEM hubs & bearings, extended studs

Saner front sway bar

Whenever I get packages from Japan, it's always packaged with great care.

J's Racing Axle Spacers

TODA Test Pipe

KENT WORKS Titanium Exhaust
Rare and discontinued. Kent Works closed its business in Dec 2015.

Will upload a sound clip when I have the time.
