Jets have to release some of these high dollar vets to get money to rebuild. Marshall had a mediocre season im sure that was related to jets lack of a decent QB.

Updates!!!

ended removing/ cutting off any of the useless or damaged stuff on the donor shell to make working on the car easier. Plus i have to get to the center support beam to put on the good shell!
The pass side knuckles/ spindles were damaged in front and rear, found some blown motor mounts, bad bushings and ball joints that need some replacing.
The car same with some billstien coilovers which 3 of the 4 are good . hoping fixing the damaged one isnt too costly!

Rolling shell bay was as far is i could get it before the body shop. Rolled the car out on a nice day to hose down the engine bay with a power washer so i can do some sanding that i need

As you can see the rolling shell is bare! as in no gas tank wire harness and missing a lot of interior !!

The old owner removed all of the sound deadening bc it was going to be a drag car. So the floor was bare metal in a lot of spot so decided to take some paint to the floor on the nice day.
I will be putting down some dynamatt on the floor to keep the road noise down and the heat. i just wanted to paint the floor to not have any bare metal showing!

The biggest pain in the ass on top of the rubberized coating was the missing center bulk head in the engine bay. Found out honda doesn’t offer it new unless you buy the frame rails on each side. So went with next best things Drill it out off donor car!

There were soo many spot welds and lots of cursing involved but got it done!

So next the roller shell was off to my friends body shop to get the center beam welded in and engine bay painted!

After a week or so went to pick up the S2000 from paint!

I had another car I was working on while the s2k was getting the paint done so ran into a storage issue so she had to sit out side for a day or two and it happened to snow. Damn NY weather!!

Got the good shell in the garage and ripped off the rear suspension and the doors so it was easier to work on!
