Seems like you did well overhauling the caliper, it looked nasty.
I'm sure the pistons were a sunnovabitch to fit into the rubber piston boot afterwards, mine sure was.

Yeah, there's a trick to reassembling. I caught on after about 15 minutes of fidgetting and trying to get it to go together without falling apart or pinching. haha

AEM Wideband UEGO installed.
Oil jet bolts waiting to be installed.
Then I will be ready to start installing my Comptech Base Supercharger kit that's waiting on me.

UPDATE: BOOST!!

Finally got around to transferring proper sized pics to my computer. Enjoy ^_^

Walbro 255, FMU, and ESM installed.


Deleted softtop


Sent off an extra set of stock injectors I had to RC Engineering. Would def recommend!!

Oil Jet Bolts exchanged.



Intercooler and piping installed.




Had to drive around for a day like this. The car DID NOT like it. lol


And install day HUGE thanks to fellow S2000 owner, Jason, for the kit, advice, and install assistance.

For some reason, with a 4.1" pulley, I was only pushing about 3 PSI and AFRs were sitting at 10.9 @ 9k. Bolted on a 3.6" pulley and made up with difference.





Spring is finally coming out so I stuck my RPFS back on. I love how the intercooler matches them. haha


Now to wait for a dyno day!!

Finally got my front lip painted and OEM trim liner installed. Not half bad for an Amazon rep.
