she runs! first tack day as a V6
Last track event. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N78x...ature=youtu.be
Hey Everyone! So I have been really wanting to make a build thread for a long time. We are going to be starting back July 3rd 2013 when I first picked her up.
I have always loved the S2000, so so much. It was just a bit out of my league for a while.
Now that I have her "el smokey gatto" as I call her. check out my Journey.
This was July 2nd 2013 picture. I found out the dealer 10 mins from my house
Aquired a 2003 Honda S2000. Super excited I had to go check it out.
the wife and I got there and fell in love with it.
It was priced high but the exterior and interior was mint.
July 5th 2013
remember this because I didn't want any fireworks to land on her and wasn't able to park her in the garage just yet.
I was still parting out my Right hand drive 1994 Integra GS-R. [sub][/sub][sup][/sup]

Being my weird self my vision was to start from a complete factory platform. Once I was able to achieve 100% oem I could move forward.
That being said I sourced a mint set of ap1 wheels, factory air box and factory exahust.
Along with oem radio.
Now I can begin the modication process.
My goal (at that time) was to build a full on out all motor drag car.
Carey Bales was my inspiration.(Yes I know he is turbo )

f@#k it, Fast forward 3 years
I attended a track event as a spectator and did a ride along. I was completely hooked. no turning back.
Summary, swapped my 140k mile F20C for this fresh JDM F20C and well did one track day and on the second day kaboom. it was pretty sad but I was so excited to track I was numb about it. didn't care, just wanted back on track.
JDM F20C lasted a whopping 2k miles.
KA BOOM !
Dropped valve, broke rocker arm. no idea why.
