J0kk3rr's Build Thread
Well, I think it's time to start one of these build threads. It's kind of like a journal of the car and a representation of all that we have been through together. I guess I'll start with a brief history.
I purchased Akane (gently) used in December 2010. She had 13,000 miles and a great smile. I had seen other girls, but the moment I saw Akane, I knew she was the one for me. She had the wider hips of a 2007 AP2, with deep black interior, a glossy NFR well-kept coat of paint and not a single sign of a modification; she was perfect.
On the drive home, I was weak in the knees, we were unacquainted but I could feel the chemistry, and then the cops pulled me over. I presented my new purchase paperwork and rode off without an issue, already Akane and I were getting in to trouble; this was going to be the start of something beautiful.

Looks good so far. That is a lot of mods in 7 short months. You also have some lofty goals for the car using a lot of expensive quality parts. What are your goals for the car? Are you going to take it to the track? I think you should get either a custom cage or just a Hard Dog roll bar instead of a Cusco 7pt...talk to most of the track guys on here and they will tell you the materials and welds of the Cusco are not very good.
Also, instead of getting new wheels when you get the wider fenders, you should just bump your tire sizes up to 245/40 and 265/40...unless you have lots of money to spend on new wheels.
