85 mph into tires ... man, glad you are ok... seems like you got a nice deal on the Rio... I love your Turbo kit. I wish I went with the SOS/PTuning kit instead of the s/c...but with a baby on the way I doubt I can change that up now...

Yeah I haven't had it on the scales since the turbo kit install, but it should have been right around my competition weight this year of 3000 lbs. I had no brake issues with the turbo kit at NOLA which has two really tough brake zones at the end of the esses and for turn 1.

Nice to see you have another go at it! Man that's gotta be scary going into a tire wall at ~85mph. Glad to hear you walked away from it fine.
You got large cojones.. as you weren't even running harnesses right? I'm definitely planning on harnesses/HANS in the not too distant future. They seem to make a big difference in terms of safety.
