Getting started on the top

Final Product

I really didn't take too many pics of the installation, but it did take a good while. After I was done I had to vacuum all the mess on the carpet, and decided to do a quick shampoo since I was already there.

Back to normal

Getting ready to take her home for the first time this year lol

I've got to keep the top up for a week to let it stretch and all that good stuff, but once that's done I'll be getting back to work on the hardtop!

And now I realize how dirty my carpet is. Plans for this weekend, lol. Is that an OEM softtop? What do those run, around $1k?

Nice work on the restoration? I sure do love seeing a clean S2000. The work on the hardtop is pretty fantastic too. I've never heard anything good about that brand but you sure are making the best of it.

Haha yea I didn't think it could actually get that dirty under the seats. Yea it's an OEM replacement top. They retail for about $1200, I was able to get it for $900 since I work at a shop.

Thanks I appreciate it I made a huge mistake buying this top, it was definitely an impulse buy, but like you said I'm just trying to make the best of it. I'll have some progress pics on the hardtop as soon as I do more work, and I'm buying a few things that will change the look of the car completely!
