The pictures do them more justice than in person, but for their age...I can't complain about the condition. Appreciate the feedback.

I love this combo for the S, but also a fan of the all red AP1s.

Yeah your car def was a motivation for me when it came down to planning how to modify, and I'm looking forward to seeing those Volks on here for sure, just let me know.

Thanks man, spent some time cleaning it today cuz the car def needed it. I'm a big fan of the tan interiors with our cars which was one of the main reasons I picked this one up.

So this past weekend, I drove out to Atlanta for Round 2 of the Formula Drift series. This was my second year going to it and it is an awesome event, I would def recommend to anyone in the areas that they travel to.....some pics from the event.

Clean Datsun

My buddy's S14

S15

During the intermission we were able to go to the pits to check out the cars and see some sponsors.

Vaughn Gitten Jr's Mustang

Dai Yoshihara's S13

Matt Powers S14

All in all it was another great year at Road Atlanta and am looking forward to next year. There were some S2000s out there but to be honest I didn't take too many pictures of a majority of the cars that we looked at. Start back to work tomorrow so I'll continue to update this as the build continues, thanks guys.

So it's been a little bit since any updates but I do have a few to add now. Since last posting I've raised the car a half inch all the way around to avoid scraping on things and so I can pass tech inspection for an event this weekend, but it makes the car way nicer to drive with the extra clearance. Some small updates:

Parking sign my girlfriend got me:

Also picked up a new buffer and took on a huge detailing task that lasted about 13 hours consisting of a wash, clay, polish, wash, and wax, but man what a difference.

Finally got around to installing my new thermostat and Samco hoses which was a PITA, but they look great.

A bigger update would be the purchase of some new wheels thanks to a gracious member on S2ki, (NFR_AP2). They are Formula Silver Volk Racing Ce28n, 17X9 + 40 and 17X9.5 +35, they're amazing. Thanks again Chris

Test fitting them on the car:
Rear:

Front:

Got some new rubber to go with the wheels, Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs 235/40/R17 and 245/40/R17.

Mounted and test fit:

Honestly I think the wheels and tires fit great, they do rub but I plan on getting the fenders rolled in about 2 weeks because I have an event this weekend and I might have to work next weekend so we'll see, other than that the car is about ready. Hopefully picking up some new lug nuts as well, those updates will come later.

Wow, looks really good with the wheels! GPW on tan is so clean too. Which lugs do you have on there now?
