Smile vvuong714 NFR MY05 daily/track build thread

My first tuner car was this FD2 converted civic. The civic was equipped with stage 2 cams, bolt ons, the whole 9 yards. I later gave that to my bro and he has since sold it. it was fun but i wanted to get a rear wheel drive car

another shot of my frs at buttonwillow. had the car for about 3 years then parted out everything and sold it.

Evasive had a group buy for a special set of og te37 in 17x9.5 41. Luckily I placed my order in time because it was their last set before months of waiting!

Lee at 714 tires hooked me up with a set of federal rs-rr in 255/40/17.

After 2 1/2 months of searching, I finally found my S2000. 1 owner, california car. my patience definitely paid off.

went over to my friends house to install some goodridge brake lines and do some fluid changes.
motul engine fluid 10w40
motul LS diff fluid
honda mtf fluid
motul rbf 600 brake fluid change/clutch master cylinder.

Added few interior touches with the following: nsx type s replica knob from SOS and modifry mount

pacific auto film in orange county installed my suntek clear bra. definitely a good investment for dd or track days.

finally got another day off to wrench on my car. installed the following:
hks hipermax iv sp. 16k all around
j's racing s2 ball joints
eibach front sway bars
evs halfshaft spacers
evs 70 ssp cat back.

test fitting the wheels

got my alignment done at best care auto. fenders worked on my a mobile person. in the rear rolled, tab relocated, bumper shaved and the fronts were slightly pulled. here is the final result

Just got the car back from Ballade Sports today. The roll bar design is probably the best in the market. Thanks Alex for the kind hospitality.
