OMG MORE PICS OF THE DC5!!!!!!!!!! i was a hardcore dc5 fanatic before i got the s. Great job with the potent little monster. the k series motors are far superior than the f20/22c motors in many ways in my opinion.....but then again, it is like 10 years older. =)

i dont know about FAR superior, but yes the K's are nice motors.

anyway, welcome enjoy the site. lot of good guys in here that will always help you out. good luck with the s2k, and make sure and do research and pick your mods wisely, when modded in the rite areas s2ks can crank out some good NA power too. there are more than a few of us here that are 220+whp with very small mods.

that was a very sic DC5 you had too, very clean.

Clean RSX! Looking forward to seeing what you do with the S2k!

In the mean time, I need to find myself a K20 to play with.

Again this is completely my opinion, but i've worked extensively with the K series motors. The Variable Timing Chain and I-VTEC combined takes traditional vtec to a completely new level and responds to mods like non other. I've witnessed unreal gains with just an intake, reflash and DCRH with flat torque curves for a high revving 4 banger. As for the F20/22c, it is definitely up there but since it was designed such a long time ago now, it doesn't have the efficiency and potential of a K series motor, especially for being almost maxed out straight out of the box. Hahah i should just become a PR for the k motors.

Welcome! I'm a former RSX owner too. I had so much fun in mine. Wish I could have kept it. Love my S2K.
