Default Recommendations on soft top replacement

So this happened last night while I was parked out on the street. Nothing was stolen. Just pure vandalism. I love San Jose.

There are 3 cuts. What do y'all recommend I do? This is my girlfriend's car so she prefers to have the top replaced, not patched. We're going to check on the deductible, but most likely it's 1000. If it's 500 I assume getting it replaced under insurance makes the most sense.

Contact s2k_born for top replacement if you don't go through insurance.

I assume s2k_born is Mike? And what kind of top was used in that install?

I also found this, not sure how reputable: Honda S2000 AP1/AP2 SOFT TOP REPLACEMENT

mike is indeed s2k_born. I think that's the miata top replacement. He seems good but personally mike goes above and beyond. I used a Robbins top for my replacement.

Mike S2k_born did my install a few weeks ago using robbins top and I cannot be happier that the fact that he worked at Honda, has great work ethics, professionalism, fast, experience and has communication with robbins company when it comes down to warranty and labor if parts or service goes wrong. Mike is the man!! Fast and very reliable and excellent communicator.

I used this guy to replace my s2k top about 2 years ago. His work is top notch and gives a 5 year warranty with his work. My friend just got a new soft top put on his s2k by this same guy on Friday. The nice thing with Therry owner of Miata top works is he is mobile so he goes to you to do the install. It takes him about 4-5 hours to do. My friend and i went with the Robbins top.

Sorry to hear about the top. I can personally recommend s2k_born (Mike) as well. Very reasonable prices.
