Revive dead AP1
Hello S2KI it has bin a long time since I have visited. My AP1 shot a spark plug out of the head years ago and it has bin sitting in my garage ever since. I finely have collected all the parts to do a full Brian Crower motor build. Going to buy a HALTECH programmer as well. My plan is to take my AP1 to Driving Ambition for the work. When I am ready to take it I need a little help loading it on a trailer to transport it to the shop and was hoping for a S2KI escort too.

Much planing must be done due to my wife repeatably backing into the garage door, it wont go up now. So i have to plan all this to happen with the repair of the garage as the car must be moved out for the repairs to happen. I will post more info as I get things set up.
So who is interested in helping me out and escorting me to Driving Ambition?

There's a recent review/feedback on this shop. Here's the link. It's at the very bottom. https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/897...servicesdeals/

Shad is a top notch mechanic and DA has quite a reputation here. You will be in good hands.
Feel free to post or PM me details and I will see what I can do.

Ok so a little up date. I ordered a Mishimoto RAD and radiator Hose Kit. Just revived my new Hasport motor mounts (street).
I am in a debate weather or not to buy/upgrade the crank rods to the BC sportsman rods. Is it a waist of cash or is it future proofing the motor? As a FYI I have bought every thing BC top end and CP pistons 11.8:1 +.20 over bore. the crank and rods only have 36,000 miles.
I just want to make sure I have every thing I need before the rebuild.
