Default Buzzing noise in gear after releasing gas

Can someone help me out here? I just bought an s2k and it recently started making a buzzing sound whenever I release the accelerator and it's in gear, but it goes away after I give it more gas. Any help?

Not at the moment, but it sounds like it's grinding against something as if something is loose, my old ap1 never made the sound, just my ap2

An early ap1? Maybe clutch buzz. Mine does it. Not sure if that is your issue though.

Was an 03 ap1, could be, goes away once I engage the clutch and put it in neutral or a few different gears

That's normal in some ap1s. My 00 does it been driving like that for awhile. Some call it the "clutch buzz" but shouldn't be an issue. Even talked about it with Alex at Ballade

My ap1 didn't have it, my 06 ap2 does though, should I just change the clutch?

Double check heat shields and the o2 sensor. Last time I had a crazy rattle it ended up being the o2 sensor coming loose.
