Sometimes the alignment cam gets shifted too much to the point where the tabs that holds it in place gets smashed flat. Once it is flat it does not hold the bolt and cam together and it will start shifting. This reinforcement is only recommended when the tab are flat.

Can you guys cut & reweld rear fenders (for a fender flare)?

Kelvin did my alignment on Saturday. Car drives great now.

Will be back once I get my spacers in for some fine tuning.

Were you referring to cutting the rear quarter panel after an ASM Rear Fender Flare install? If so, definitely! We've done this on many of our cars as well as a few S2KI members.
