I don't follow F1 but over the last 20 years some of the MotoGp riders move there to escape taxes. These days the GP riders seem to be moving to Andorra to escape taxes.
The couple hours I spent their was sort of neat. Sort of. I saw some super cars, some ridiculously HUGE yachts, and curb rashed my new wheels in an insanely tight parking garage. The only thing that was cool was going to the casino you always see in the James Bond movies. Is it called the Monte Carlo? Anywho, we walked up, one lambo, that gullwing AMG, two 458's (one spider one coupe) and some other spendy cars. I thought the scene was window dressed for the Bond movies. It is not. Those cars were out front at 11 am.

But otherwise if you are in the area and don't feel like having your own personal poverty level rubbed in your face, skip it. It is not that great.
