Default Drone footage of my GT3

Wanted to share some video of my "other" car. The other evening I used my drone to get some shots of my GT Silver 997.1 GT3. It is amazing the way a drone with powerful flight stabilization software and a gimbal can very nearly replicate some of the traditional slider and boom shots. I am going to get some action shots once the weather gets nice and I am able to get together with some friends.... in the meantime enjoy! (Oh and that is my son making a cameo )

Pretty amazing what you can do with an active gimbal these days.

Nice looking 911 you got there....do you ever take it to the track and let it stretch its legs?

It is the DJI Mavic. I have been really impressed with how easy it is to fly and the output from its built in camera. The stability is pretty amazing. I bought a small indoor drone for like $70 initially to learn how to fly. I would recommend that before jumping to a large drone. The large ones are easier to fly, but it is good to learn the mechanics of flying first so you don't crash your $1k+ drone......

Your child in the Big Wheel was a hoot. Silver looks great on your GT3!

Yeah I have to say I am very impressed with the DJI Mavic overall. Thanks for your kind words. Sadly no, not yet. My s2000 is a dedicated track car with all of the appropriate safety gear (I do Time Trials with NASA) so any free track weekends I get I want to use it to compete. (not sure if you saw my other track videos) I may get it out there one day, but for now it is my fun weekend car....

All I see is some well spent dollars here
I've grown quite partial to Porsche over the past decade.

Beautiful car.

Thanks! Yeah I am a big fan of the color. I believe it was introduced on the Carrera GT that came out in the mid 2000s.

Looks great in silver. 997 GT3 is one of my "attainable" dream cars. One day I will definitely have one parked next to the NSX.
