Have to agree. I'm not keen on the idea of closed cockpits, but if they look like that, then it doesn't look so bad. My only worry is how the driver gets out in a hurry if the cars upside down.

Trouble is they won't look like that as the cockpit is too narrow to actually get the driver in

Renault in shock takeover of Lotus:

Red Bull to have TAG engines, just like McLaren in the 80s.

But Renault really.

Not forgetting the dreadful, melismatic Mariah Carey soundalikes ...

About as tuneful as those Z-listers the Yanks get to mangle their national anthem before sporting events ...

I don't get Ecclestone..
Why do he insist on fighting for more power and money.

He should have retired and bought himself an island a decade ago.
Now everyone is just waiting for him to keel over.

Tired of watching everyone walking on eggshells around him, talking to him like they were talking to their own grandmother.
No one ever dares to call him out on anything.
I wonder if he genuinely sees himself as the good guy in the sports, and then everything bad is someone else's fault.
V6 engines are Mosley's fault. Mercedes should have done this and that. Ferrari don't play the team game.
I mean come on..
