You definitely have eclectic tastes Gad
But over LGs 208gti? I think why not
I've been quite taken by the wafter Pole was ogling, however i find 3 cars more than required as they need to move weekly ime

What's left is:
Daimler 66 - Sundays
JAG STR - crappy weather and long distance days
E36 323i - weekday hack
350Z roadster - weekday hack shortly for sale
So manageable if you have space. Keeping more than about five cars taxed and insured doesn't make much sense.

I dont have space
I want to shift the Golf as i dont do the mileage to warrant it and then i can replace that with something amusing. I guess you're not storing the investments at your own place though. Having seen the S2 get a sticky starter from sitting for a few months (in a warm garage) i'd want them starting i think, maybe moving too.
Only put 1.5k miles on the S last year so its virtually stored

I will post some pics later.
I think the noise is a fuel damper, something I didn't know existed before now.
Also noticed the boot alignment is a bit out. That needs investigation/fixing.
I did get a good plate for it.
Tyres are not the best so they'll be changed pdq.
I know you don't use the power of cars like these to drive like a nutter but tyres are a massive part of the ride as well as the grip and handling so I can never understand when a not exactly impoverished owner puts budgets on.
The saving is probably only a couple of hundred quid ffs.
