Purchased the car in Aug 2013 with 46K miles on it from an older couple who drove it on the weekends. The car are been my summer daily car since then and as of today has 78K miles. My bank holds the title, they are local and very easy to work with.
I am selling because I have a new car coming in December.
Modifications
-Stock
-OEM XM Antenna
-OEM Headrest Speakers
-Michelin Pilot Super Sports (Purchased new July/2016 – Current Mileage 4K)
Maintenance
-I have all maintained records (dealer serviced) from original owner.
-All maintenance completed by myself. I saved receipts for all maintenance items.
-Oil changed every 3-5K with OEM filter and Castrol
-Tranny Oil changed at 70K with Honda MTF
-Diff Oil Changed at 70K with Amsoil
-New Cabin Filter May/2016
Good
-Mechanically excellent, no issues or CEL
-Top is original however no rips, tears, and no leaks. The top open and closes with no issues.
-Stored winters (by original owner and myself)
-No squeaks, rattles, and vibrations. Very solid car.
-Doesn’t burn oil
-Clean underbody, no rust
-Everything works
-Both sets of Keys (sorry, but no valet key)
-Also have the owners manual, window sticker, dealership paperwork, and a 2004 brochure.
Bad
-Front bumper needs to be repainted due to a mishap while pulling into my garage and rock chips.
-I have everything to repaint, just no time
-Some minor paint chips and scratches from daily driving
-Hole in the drivers floor mat
-Wheels lips have marks from curb
-Never tracked or autocrossed
