Well folks I am on the cusp of selling my CR, let me start by saying I have owned this car for almost 2 years and it has been a great car and given me no issues. I have done all routine maintenance on this car including oil changes, tranny fluid, diff fluid, brake fluid and valve adjustments. The car has a clean carfax and all of the VIN tags are still in place.
This is not a garage queen CR, it has been autocrossed by myself and the previous owner numerous times and I have done one track day with the car. It has never missed a beat.With that being said this is not a mint condition car, it is 8 years old with 56k miles which means it does have some chips associated with a car of this age.It also has one spot on the front bumper where the paint is cracked, this has been in this condition since I have owned the car and it has not gotten any worse. The rear bumper also has some slight damage where it looks like someone backed into a low wall or maybe another car. It is not noticeable unless you are very close to the vehicle. It could also use a good paint correction, I did a light buff on the vehicle when I bought it to remove swirl marks but it was not enough to remove some of the light scratches a good compounding would remove.
The interior is in nearly mint condition I would say 9.5 out of 10. Currently the driver seat is a Bride, this does not come with the vehicle, the car will be sold with the mint driver seat. I have 1 key for the vehicle and I do not have a key FOB, they were not passed along when I purchased the car. I also only have 1 of the covers for the holes left when the hardtop is removed, these are cheap to replace from Honda. The only other OEM item I am missing is the CR exhaust, currently it has an OEM AP1 exhaust. The CR tool kit is intact, the cigarette plug on the air pump was broken when I bought the car, I have fixed that and it now functions as should.
The only other modifications are stainless brake lines and Hawk HP+ pads all around. I have a test pipe on the car currently that I plan to remove before the sale, I also have new brake rotors for all 4 corners and some other maintenance items I can throw in with the car if the deal is right.
For now I believe that is all, if you have questions feel free to ask. I am in no hurry to sell this car, unless the deal is right I will not part with it. My only reason for selling is to fund building a track car to replace this, I cant bring myself to tear into a CR for track duty.
