New Del Val owner saying hi.
Hello all,
Just brought home my 2001 Silverstone S2k. 30,900 miles.
Owned 2 seaters exclusively until I had kids. My youngest is learning to drive my 2006 Element and will inherit that.
Decided it was time for an S2K. Look forward to meeting you all. Need to get premium membership.

The Element is pissed that it's been evicted from the garage.
The only obvious issue I see ATM is moisture in the right headlight cover. I'm assuming there is a gasket that can be replaced. I don't have the tonneau and will have to get one. Thinking hardtop as well for cold weather.
Any suggestions for initial maintenance checklist? Recommendation for a dressing for the top? Burns Honda is close and has been great with my Element (which I love and is a lot of the reason I stayed with Honda). Any local dealers have more experience with these or have a better parts stash?
Edit: Oh, and I don't have the OEM jack or foam insert. Looking on EBay for that. Any recommendations?

Tonneau covers can be had cheap, maybe even free. They are kinda a pain to use. Personally I wouldn't bother.
Aerospace 303 for the top. A hardtop completely transforms the car, expensive but worth it IMHO.
Have Billman give it a "once-over". Get the valves checked, axle nuts properly torqued to preserved the bearings. Maybe swap all the fluids and filters (air, oil and cabin).
Unless Burns Honda has a tech that OWNS an S2000, I'd avoid the dealer for S2000 specific stuff. Billman250, 'nuff said. I may even have an 8th Tech Day with him at my place this Fall.

The headlight fogging up might just be a cover that wasn't replaced properly, Gain access from the wheel well.
An OEM jack and foam insert shouldnt cost much on here. Place a WTB thread here to avoid shipping.
Welcome Lou.

Hi welcome to the group! I agree with freq about replacing all the funds and filters, especially the cabin air filter; those are notorious for never being changed out. Also, our group does monthly meets in Philly and an occasional karting meet in Allentown.

Welcome! Great looking S!
You'll have to come out to the next Tony Lukes meet to meet if youre close enough.
Once you pass the waiting period for pm shoot me a message I have tonneau cover that I dont use.
