SPECTRE
Saw SPECTRE with my wife Saturday night.
I've always been a massive Bond fan with Daniel Craig elevating the series- by far my favourite. Spectre brings the 4 Craig movies to a close and wraps up all the connections and loose ends which started with Casino Royale.
Casino was my favourite, i put SPECTRE on par with SKYFALL, ahead of Quantum of Solace.
Spectre was a little slow thru the middle but all in all, a good Bond film.
I give it an 8/10.

8.5/10 for me - so many specific nods to the Bond formula, and really, this movie is about sending Daniel Craig off into the sunset on a high note. I thought pacing was actually perfect. . .but expect Casino-Royale-contiguous-and-smooth plot and pacing, and not the frantic pace of the Brosnan movies (or Quantum in these latter days).
I'm looking forward to a director's commentary on this one in due time. . . there were SO many specific back-references, not just to the Craig movies, but to the whole Bond ouvre.

Saw it on Saturday - solid movie. It's enough to 'end' it their for that stage of Bond (and Daniel Craig) but still open enough to keep going. A lot of great stunts (the helicopter part was bad a$$) and good acting all around. Solid 8/10.
