You could also add in a quick detour to Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest - the LAST old growth trees left on the eastern seaboard. 400 years old, 100ft tall, and 20ft around. There's like a 1.5 mile easy trail to check them out - might be a good way to stretch the legs!
