I'd like to join in on this drive as well. Newbie so I'll stick near the back!
Would recommend the newbie night drive over this one if this is one of your first times out here. Hosted by Scammedon as well. Thread is pinned at the top of the Dragon Events board.
I'm signed up for the newbie drive with Scammedon and I believe it's Friday morning. Wasn't aware there was a newbie night drive as well but I'd be better suited for that drive I'm sure.

There's a night drive across the Dragon on Thursday night but I'm the one that leads it. We go to Maryville, TN to meet the Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana people and then drive to Townsend, TN for dinner. There's a group drive from Townsend to Rt 129 via the Smoky Mtn Parkway. Once at Rt 129, we break into two groups. A 'veteran grou and the newbies. I lead the newbie drive. Both the drive to Maryville and the drive from Townsend are at a moderate pace and suitable for newbies.

Oh man that sounds like a nice drive. Unfortunately I get in late Thursday night so I'll probably miss this one. I'll stick to the newbie drive Friday morning then see how I'm feeling about going on this night run.

If you're a newbie (and I know you are), I would recommend that you NOT go on this drive. There is another drive id recommend you not go on as well and that's Billman's Fluffy Clouds and Puppy Dogs drive. I won't go on that one and I've been coming to the dragon for over five years.

Haha alright thanks for the heads-up. I'd prefer to make it home in one piece

And so do I...

One of these events I'll stay sober past 8:00 and go on one of these drives!
