Little Switzerland Route via Blue Ridge Parkway ?
I wasn't able to make a run to Little Switzerland last time I attended the RTD event. Looking to hit it up on the way to Fontana Village just before hitting Asheville, then making my way to Fontana Village from there. I see there is a long stretch of Blue Ridge Parkway that could be run from Little Switzerland to Asheville, is this the best route to take ? or do you guys take more of the interstate route between Asheville and Little Switzerland ? I know the BRP is much more scenic at a much slower pace, what do the "regulars" recommend for this drive ? Thanks for any replies.

If you haven't done the Snake 421 South check it out. to get to Little Switzerland here is the route we did a couple of years back. Heading south on 421 South after the Snage to Sugar Grove, then 321 South thru Boone, NC to Blowing Rock, NC then on 221 South heading to get on the BRP at Mile Post 305. Enjoy Joey.

Joey, just stick with the Canadian's until we get to Brevard. From there you can peel off and run BRP or better, 64 to 28 to Fontana. Or Even better, follow us to Toccoa.

Thanks Dave, that could work, I'll definitely stick with the group as long as possible. I don't want to go as far as GA though, trying to end up in Fontana before dark on Thursday, that's my goal.
