Default Compression test question

I have a 2001 S2000. Swapped a new low mileage motor about 2.5 years ago. Recently past few months has been blowing smoke at idle and small amounts when accelerate/reverse. I thought maybe the valve seals?!

The car just doesn't perform like it used to. Definitely doesn't "pull" as efficiently as it used to. Today I did a compression test and this was the outcome! The numbers did jump but not drastically. I had not yet done a leak down test.

I was going to first try a valve adjustment and see if that helps any. If it is valves that is not a huge deal but if it is in bottom end I mine as well start shopping for a motor

Any insight is appreciated! Thanks
