Euromeet 2014 Registration

Registration is now open for Euromeet 2014!

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON 14th February or when places are full, whichever is sooner.

First is the very important information, and further below is the outline plan, location, format and costs.
PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY!

There are 2 steps to the process to register & book:

1. Make the relevant payment. (All payment is upfront - no more to pay to participate - see costs below for what it covers)
- Once paid the paypal page will redirect you to eventbrite to enter your details.
2. On eventbrite, enter your details.

S2KUK are managing bookings and payments.

Some clubs are centrally managing registrations - if you are a member of one of these please contact them before going through this registration process to avoid duplicate bookings:

• S2KBE/NL - Belgium/Netherlands

• S2000 Passion - France (Admins)
• S2KIE - Ireland (Through Tom Maher)

Some important terms and conditions:

• Places are strictly limited to 130 cars outside of Italy.
• Registrations will only be accepted from EU countries.
• Registration will close on 14th February 2014 or before if limited number is booked.
• Payments must be made up front - there will be no further payment for your accommodation or the dinners included as sepcified.
• Registrations/bookings are NON REFUNDABLE - however if you need to cancel please inform us on euromeet@s2kuk.com and we will attempt to re-sell your space. This will be at the organisers' discretion.
• It is your responsibility to arrange travel to and from the venue - this is not included in the price!

Costs

Costs will be as follows and include:

• 2 or 3 nights in hotel & breakfast
• 1 Gala dinner at "Prime Rose" Restaurant
• Typical Trentino dinner at the hotel on other nights
• Saturday Lunch
• Use of hotel spas (Florida can use Du Lac spa)

We have estimated administrative costs including likelihood of exchange rate changing, bank charges etc. Any surplus once reconciled will be donated to the Euromeet charity fund.

Following the success of the 10 year anniversary Euromeet in 2009, S2K Club Italia have kindly offered to host the 15th anniversary celebrations once again in Trento, Italy.

The event will take place on the weekend of 16th to 18th May 2014.

The format will follow similar to 2009:

Outline Itinerary

Friday

• Arrival and greetings at Levico Terme including check-in to hotels.
• Dinner

Saturday

• There will be a long drive in order to discover the amazing TRENTINO landscape and the DOLOMITES (Unesco world heritage).

• Gala Dinner at Prime Rose Ristorante http://www.ristoranteprimerose.it/

• Charity raffle/auction

Sunday

• Free day for you to explore at your leisure individually or arrange your own groups.
• Some people may depart
• Dinner

Monday

• Goodbyes and departure
