FINAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ATTENDEES

In final preparation for Euromeet 2014, please see the below important information.

Arrival & Check in
Most of you will be arriving Friday. General check in to the hotels will be from 14.00 on Friday afternoon.
Portuguese group who are arriving Thursday can check in at 11am.
There will be someone from S2K Club Italia to greet you at each Hotel - Florida - Beppe, Du Lac - Federica, Sorisso - Simone.
Hotel allocations
Hotels have been allocated by country as follows:
Country - HOTEL
AT - Du Lac
BE - Sorriso
CH - Sorriso
DE - Florida
FI - Sorriso
FR - Sorriso
GB - Florida
IE - Florida
IT - Du Lac
NL - Florida
PT - Sorriso
RU - Du Lac
SE - Florida
SK - Du Lac

In total there will be over 130 cars so please park considerately!
All your stated dietry requirements have been passed to the hotels, but please make sure you take your own responsibility to check with the hotels that they have the correct information, and check at mealtimes too.
Friday night
Dinner will be served in your own hotel.
At some point organisers will come and greet everyone, and give out official car stickers and wristbands to all participants - this wristband will be worn all weekend to prove your participation.
Official merchandise will be on sale at some point Friday late afternoon/evening - Ian and Sue from the UK will be organising this. We have T-shirts, Polo Shirts, caps and mugs.
Saturday
After breakfast you everyone will assemble for a briefing and to begin the drive. You will be given this information on arrival.
Please make sure you follow the recommendations in the drive - there are a lot of cars.
Be considerate of other road users, do not overtake another S2000 without permission.
ONE RULE which ensures no-one gets lost - ALWAYS make sure you can see the S2000 behind you - wait for them at junctions. If everyone does this, no-one will get lost.
Saturday Night
The Gala dinner will be held at Prime Rose Ristorante http://www.ristoranteprimerose.it/
Meet there at 8pm
During the dinner we will have a couple of speeches, and also a raffle and auction of all the prizes you bring. Please be generous, and bring something for the raffle and auction, no matter how big or small, Honda or S2000 related or that represents your country or region!
The charities supported are Save the Children and Operation Smile International.
Dress code for the evening is smart casual.
Sunday
You are free to take the day as you please, there are plenty of lovely places to go and many of your new friends will already have plans, so feel free to join in!
Some people will leave on Sunday, the rest on Monday.
