Florida is a right to work state. Your former employer can not prevent you from earning a living. Call your local bar associaion and they can give you some reccmnmendations

i hear you but they are located in Ohio which is a "will to work", or something like that, which is different. i am going have to spend money if i want to fight. i just need to find a good local attorney to discuss my options.
