25-30 drivers might be right. I haven't been there yet to see the facility yet so I will definitely check it out and get full details.
I definitely wouldnt want all cars on track at one, but like the idea of going out when you want and at least do a TT for fun.
Ive looked at Sebring but the cost for our first even is way too great at this time. Wanting to start small and have fun

I am sure that is in the plans. It really all depends on whether Chris at least breaks even on this GRIDLIFE South event this month. It's not hard to make money renting Gingerman, but Road Atlanta or Sebring are at another level of cost.

I priced this today and it's gone up a lot. It's not 150 per car. Try $210. I asked if they would reduce their rate. I'm waiting to hear.
