Keyhole saw? Dunno if it's worth the trouble to try and save it. Could cut the sides of the pad off with a dremel wheel, then just grind the rest of the pad down and level out the piston end ring.

Not sure why the caliper was sticking. Pins were nice and free, no hydraulic lock. Maybe I let the pads run down enough that the caliper got a bit cockeyed? Changed the pads and it seems to be fine now.
