My gym time doesn't change in the winter vs summer, if anything I don't want to be inside at the gym when its nice weather outside, so being a crappy weather day just makes me feel better about being indoors and constructive in the gym. One thing that does change a bit is my jogging/running frequency. I naturally put on more weight in the winter months as I think most do, and I don't like being outside running in 90 degrees/summer heat anyway, so Fall/Winter/Spring is a great time of year to get out and go burn/regulate calories.

Yeah I find it much easier to go the gym when it's crappy outside

Magna do you play any sports? Try going vegetarian for a bit, guarantee you'll lose some weight quickly
