Default CONSUMER WARNING: JIC/Ziel won't support product!

I know there are already plenty of threads about people getting burned by JIC and Ziel Motorsports, but I'm going to add my own since I've been burned so many times by them now and today was the last straw for me.

Many of you here on this board already know me since I've been around here for 4-5 years now helping people with problems. Lately, I've mostly been hiding out in the Racing and Competition forum because I just don't have time to check the other forums, but I'm sure some of the old timers here can jump in and vouch for me that I am not some whiney, impossible-to-please customer and I certainly am not new to wrenching on cars.

John I've read many of your threads and input/advice on others. It's obvious to me that you know one end of a wrench from the other and have a well respected opinion on this site. It appears to me that you are being (literally) shoved through the cracks by Zeil (did you by chance run over his favorite dog some time in the past)? Also, this is not the first time I've heard that there's no "magic" in JIC products. Thank's for the detailed account of your aggravation. it's a safe bet I'll treat them like the plague.
