How much boost does it take to crack 500 whp?, Updated dyno results on p. 3...

Lauderdale, FL	So I finally broke in the new ERL block last week, and it was time for final tuning today! Results are indicated in the graphs: For those who�re too lazy to track x�s and y�s, here are the final #�s: Max Power: 513 rwhp Max Torque: 322 ft-lbs Max Boost: 16 psi AFR: @ 11.3 This is on 93 octane fuel, with an outside temp of 90 degrees F and 60% humidity (gotta love these Florida summers). I am quite pleased with the results, especially considering the very conservative AFR tuning. Random bits: -- We did not mess with the timing at all -- Injectors (750cc) at 85% duty cycle at WOT -- VTEC set at 5700 RPM Now I think it�s time for some wider rubber in the back� -------------------- '00 Silverstone/Red #4049 533 whp/360 ft-lbs @ 18 psi Weekend Warrior: Teh S Daily Driver: WAS Teh M --> NOW Teh AMG

16 was as high as we were willing to go on pump. U never know if what you're getting at the pump is actually 93 oct (despite what the label says).
