I'd like to start a listing of local companies that are willing to offer a discount to NY Metro S2000 Members. The key word here is "discount" they will only be listed if they are willing to give something back to our community. The thread will be locked as I want to keep it clean. So PM me with the info, name of business, contact name, address, phone number, discount provided, website (if available), email address (if available), etc. This can be any business or service, it does not have to be s2000 related. For example if you are a local member that owns a electronics store and can use the added foot traffic. There is no fee to be listed you can donate money to our annual picnic if you wish but that is up to you. The theory behind this will be that the local shop will be earning additional business and members will be getting a better deal. It'll hopefully be a win-win situation for everyone involved. We have a members listing at the top of the forum so you can confirm if someone is a member or not.

Another alternative if you are looking for a body shop. They did some nice emergency repairs on my beater. The guys their know about molding bodykits. It's in a so/so neighborhood, but they gave me the best prices when I went and were recommended by Safelite Auto Glass.

In a nutshell, I'm a used car dealer and a lease broker. I lease/sell/finance any make/model new or used car.

"What separates me from a standard auto dealer is that I would be the only phone call to make if, say someone was looking for a few different cars. Instead of having to call up a honda store for an accord, a nissan store for an altima and a toyota store for a camry, someone would call me requesting pricing for those cars, and I would get back to them with a no hassle price, no pressure or obligation. 9-10 times, my pricing would beat a dealers price, if not at least meet it. Best of all, no finance managers by me to try to force you to buy something you don't want, and no managers to get a price "approved".
I'm a one stop shop for all kinds of automotive services, including accessories, body shop, insurance and the cars themselves. I network with many dealers and companies to offer those services to everyone.
I also deal with man other dealers in the tri-state area, so locating a car for someone isn't as difficult for me to do, whereas a regular dealer would only locate in a certain area.

The cars come out of dealers, still have the factory warranties like they would out of a dealer as well. It's the same thing, pretty much. I offer my own banks for leasing and financing, and use the factory banks when necessary.

With over 6 years of experience working on S2000's of both friends and fellow members on this board, I have gained a multitude of knowledge about the ins and outs of our beloved car. Going forward, I wish to offer my services to anyone and everyone on this board.

From fluid changes, to clutch installs, to miscellaneous repairs, coilover/spring installs, valve adjustments and even turbo/supercharger installs, I will basically be able to perform any sort of job on the car. Lately, I have been spending more and more time on powder coating. 5 gallon chemical drums stored in the corner.
Rolling utility cart for my spray bottles & tools underneath.
Pull out drawers on the bottom for screw drivers, pliers, wrenches & a few other small things I use daily.

My awsome carpentry shines with this hand crafted corner office station!
Space was saved by building the desk around the 2 tin cans that are used to store dirty & clean towels.
Fuzzy dice were hung on the bathroom door knob for shits n giggles.

Ceiling.
Only (5) 8ft fluorescent fixtures were needed. Bright white natural sunshine bulbs were used for maximum lighting in the shop. Combined with freshly painted glossy white walls, it's really bright inside!

Customer waiting area has enough space for 3 people to hang around while their car is being worked on.
An exhaust fan is on the wall as well for some ventillation. A ceiling fan might be added in the spring time.

Just in case you were wondering where the air compressor is, I installed it in my bathroom to save space + its a lot more quiet then having it on the floor where I'm working.

I'm really excited about my new shop. The place cleaned up really well. I'm looking forward to growing my business & not having to share a building with somebody else. It's calming to open the door to
my own shop & have some peace & quiet, just my cars, me & my employee nobody else to bother us, my radio, my shop!

If anyone needs directions just call when your on your way. There's a black steel gate in front of the driveway & I'm not putting up my sign. Just look for Amichi Deli & you'll find me right behind it. Theres also a handball court across the street from me as well (Middle School 104).
I'm keeping this shop private for a few reasons.
