Wow, nice bump. I have both and the s2000 is better in just about all respects except maybe perceived torque off the line due to gearing. I've always hated the Prelude's headlights. Everything else looks good though.

I STILL own my 4th genernation prelude (325K) and my '01 S2K. . . In the looks department, the 4th generation prelude has great lines for a coupe and a styling that aged well. The S2K, has great lines for a convertible with styling that is also aging well.
I'll give the S2K the win in looks, but not by a large margin. -------------------- 01' S2000 #972

had both as well, 98 non-SH prelude, and now an 03 s2k.
S2K looks WAY better, gets WAY more attention, never got comments in the prelude, I get looks, stares, kids yelling in excitement and compliments everyday in the s2k. S2k acceleration is quicker, it weighs less and has more hp (240 on 2800lbs) compared to prelude at 190hp and 3050lbs FWD < RWD S2k IS A HANDLING CAR. S2K is very noticabley better in handling. All in all, you have to do things to a prelude to make it a good looking good performing car.
