Even the interior isn't too bad...I'm digging the two-tone seats.

Those are gonna absolutely dominate on the street or track. You need to spend bookoo $$ to get better performance than the C6 Z06. Eeek!

GM has to be salivating listening to us (and most) car guys. Most of us like the import vehicles (for sports cars) yet somehow, they've managed to make us all want a "low tech" (not my words) high powered machine from a domestic manufacturer.

If only they could only make ALL their cars with the same purpose and focus...

Exactly my sentiment, and that of C&D in their preview of the Z06.

Hopefully this new car will invigorate the rest of the company to tighten things up just a bit.

C&D had surprisingly good words to say about the new Grand Prix GXP V8...I mean, it's still FWD with a V8, but they made it sound like it wasn't so bad as one would assume, partly because GM decided to employ of FWD drag racing trick of using wider tires in front than in rear. Maybe this is another sign taht GM is on its way.
