Replacing a Wheel Stud
I snapped a stud...
I have a new one.
I took the wheel, caliper, caliper mounting bracket, and rotor off.
Then I beat the cut stud out.
but the knuckel is in the way. Sooo... I got to take the whole damn thing apart now, dont I?
anyone ever replace on of these?
Thanks

Yeah you have to take the whole knuckle off. Then I would recommend just taking the knuckle into a honda dealer and having the stud replaced, that'll save you most of the labor cost. You have to have new bearings pressed in and its almost impossible to do in your home garage. If you've got a mechanic friend now is the time to call in a favor.
