Lets celebrate the first weekend in Spring with our S at Hooters. :crossingfingers: that the weather will warrant taking the S out of storage.

WHEN: Sunday, March 30, 2008 @ 11:45 am RAIN DATE: Sunday, April 6, 2008 @ 11:45am till 3pm WHERE: Sunday luncheon meet at Hooters of Milford for the CT area members to offer a more than a mouthful culinary surprise. A small drive through the scenic Milford shoreline. For the GPS folks: Plug in this address - Hooters of Milford 990 Boston Post Rd. Milford, CT 06460 203-878-6651 * Park in rear lot. Google Map Location of Hooters  DIRECTIONS: Hooters Restaurant is located on Boston Post Road. Exit 39a off Interstate 95, turn south at the end of the exit. Stay in your right lane. You'll go past the Super 8 Motel and Hooter's is on the next block on the right. FOOD: Hooters Restaurants offer a wide variety of sandwiches, hamburgers, seafood, and world famous wings. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRIVE: A Scenic Shoreline Drive Through The Milford and West Haven Coast line -- A leisurely drive along Gulf, Bayview, Point, Woodmont beaches of the Long Island Sound. Milford is "A Small City with a Big Heart!" Seventeen miles of Long Island Sound coastline funnel into our harbor. Depending on time constraints you can either return back Hooters of Milford they way you came or, if you’re in a hurry, drive up to Rt.15 Merit Parkway or I-95, I-91.  Participants:

Hi Everyone the drive doesn't have to be limited to a scenic shoreline drive. There are many other one stop locations of interest:
Silver Sands State Park that includes a walk to Charles Island. The Audubon Coastal Center. Downtown, Milford harbor. Just to name a few. |
