if you're bored of the s, sure why not. Make sure you test drive the 135 first. im sure its a nice, quick little car.

I considered this when I first learned it was coming with the 335i motor. I was tempted, but I couldn't do it. IMHO it doesn't look that great. Almost like a Hyundai Tiburon from the side profile. Also you can't beat Honda reliability, however who wouldn't want 300ft/lbs torque in a small car? Hmmm.

I'm definitely not bored of the S. I love my S. I feel connected to it in a way that I doubt I will with the 135. But still I would like to explore the possibility.

It isn't that much of a reach to a 330i which is more (and maybe a better) car. Before you buy try one of each on. And note that the 130 is almost as heavy as a 3.

It's hard to beat a 3 series.

I was surprised just how heavy the 1 series is. I really thought for its size that it would be 2-300 lbs lighter. Guess it's that German solidity that's built in there. Of course... my S feels pretty solid too...

I wish people WOULD NOT comment if they havent driven a 135i. I recommend you test drive one. The devil is really in the details. So Turgi, go drive one and report. There are PLENTY, I mean PLENTY of s2000 guys over at 1addicts.com I wonder why? When I sell the S for the Bimmer I will most definitely miss it. Why spend your whole life hung up on one car though. When Honda builds a replacement I'll be back.

There was a 135i at my dealer the other week.. it was loaded and stickered in at almost 50k. after looking at the #s id personally chose a 335i.
