So, as some of you know, I'm going turbo, and although this diff will hold up perfectly fine, I need a 3.9 gear ratio. The 4.56R is too high for the GT35R biggrin.gif So up for sale is the PuddyMod Diff that is fully built, fully built being EVERY option that PuddyMod offers is in this diff.

Fully Cryo-Treated LSD and Gear Set $125
Richmond Gear 4.56R Gear Set
Stock Rear Cover $250
Re-Built OEM LSD $300
PuddyMod Re-Enforcement (the most expensive part, and the best part of the diff!!!!) $1100 from PuddyMod
New bearings, seals, and hardware $125
Fully de-burred and polished gears
It does NOT have the solid sleeve YET (Ben said that he would take care of this at no additional charge, just send it back out to him, and he will reinstall and check everything over) $200 (just need to send it out)
Custom painted housing
Full assembly $350 (i have all the pics)

Either way, this build cost $3200. This was Ben's own PERSONAL diff, which was re-inspected before I purchased it. A few months ago, he contacted me and wanted to buy this diff back (this was his "baby" the first diff he ever built). Which he said he would replace it with the same exact diff, but brand new, but i couldn't afford the down time. I should probably check back with Ben to see if he wants it, but I want to sell this ASAP. I'm looking to get a R200 Diff setup b/c of the lower gear ratio, so I'm willing to trade this diff for a R200 setup.

Otherwise I'm looking to get $2300 for this diff. I will also include a new quart of LE1607 (which I'm ordering tonight). So you get a savings of $900 from buying this from PuddyMod. Anyone that knows me, knows that I NEVER launch my diff. The diff has the usual 4.56 whine but only between 3-4k is when I can hear it if I'm crusing. Otherwise, I can open it up for you to take a look, but I bet my diff that there is nothing wrong with it wink.gif So I'm looking to get rid of this ASAP since I already have a R200 setup ready wait for me!!!!

I have put roughly 10k miles on this diff, with the diff fluid changed every 3k miles with LE1607 with a "shot" of Lucas Oil Stabilizer (Recommended by Ben). No problems EVER with this diff.

(Ben if your reading this please let me know if you would like me to take this down)

Here is how much it would cost you from PuddyMod:

QUOTE (S2KPUDDYDAD)

PuddyMod built rear differentials
We fully cryogenically treat the rear, that is every part is cryo treated that can be.
Fully built and reinforced housing that can hold upwards of 200,000 PSI stock is upwards of 60,000 PSI and our Comptech style is 130,000
New bearings, seals, and hardware are used
Fully de-burred and polished gears
Black phosphate finishing (same process used in firearms )
Solid custom sleeved pinion (no crush collar) we use 10/20 mandrel steel (seamless)
Fresh paint on the housing
Full assembly of rear using precision accuracy to factory tolerances.

The PuddyMod solid steel sleeve is made of 10/20 mandrel steel it is seamless and will not distort or compress. It is turned and machined by hand in several lathes until the proper size and fit is achieved. Each sleeve is made one at a time and is unique to it’s housing and gear set. We do not shim the sleeve, we custom fit it to your rear.

Solid steel sleeves have been around for a long time. They have been used in high performance differentials for many years by top race teams that are serious about finishing and winning.

In high horse power and hard track driven cars these sleeves are a must have, or you may find your self sitting on the side lines with a blown diff, watching the competition pass you by.

The only gears made state side for our car is Richmond 4.56 gears. The 3.90, 4.10, 4.44, and 4.77 gear sets are all OEM for one car maker or another, they are made in Japan.

As of right now, the highest HP/TQ that was on this same setup (not this actual diff, it was built with the same parts) is 700whp/???tq. Ben would be able to tell you the exact numbers, but I remember that he said that the diff would have no problem holding up the 500whp I was planning on making.

Here is the Stage 6 Mase tuned UK S2000 with a PuddyMod 4.10 rear diff
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/Mase-En...6-ST_152693.htm

This car is making 616 hp to the wheels now, using a T1R 70 mm duel exhaust. It would make 700 with higher exhaust flow eek.gif
